We served on the original entitlement team to develop product offering, financial analysis and assist Managing Partner, Robert Howard in bring this project to realization. Our economic and planning analysis supported the zoning and master plan approval process and the eventual placement of the project. The property achieved approvals through the Town of Carbondale and was sold to Gerald Hines. The original entitlement team was retailned to provide ongoing project advisement and review to Hines Interests. Development Economics developed a sustainable marketing program for presentation to the outside advertising and on-site brokerage operation.
