The Rifle Airpark Master Plan offers 604 acres of developable property in four different land use types, providing businesses locating in the western slope of Colorado unmatched flexibility within a high quality, amenitized business and commercial environment. Business owners can choose between:

Airport Business (A-B) provides flexible building standards to businesses ranging from entry-level to corporate campuses.

Airport Commercial (A-C) offers the most intensive zoning to companies requiring high traffic and/or visibility to house retail, office or showroom uses.

Airport Light Industrial (A-LI) provides business-serving operations with a high profile, moderate cost location to serve the dynamic business base within western Colorado -- mining, agriculture,  energy, tourism and transportation related.

Airport Industrial (A-I) offers companies requiring operations usually prohibited from businesses parks, those using manufacturing or distribution technologies that emit noise or require good access to the Interstate system, air or rail. Rifle Airpark utilizes its unique topography and existing uses to provide accessible, yet less visible locations for these uses.
